Tamaz Beradze Institute of Georgian Studies of the University of Georgia holds a scientific seminar on the last Friday of every month at 12:00 pm. The Friday seminar is permanent, the seminar is not held only in July-August when the employees have vacations.

The seminar has a manager - Vano Salukvadze whose duty is to select the speakers and the topic and to introduce both the speaker and the topic of the seminar to the general public three weeks before.

Attendance at the seminar is open, all scientists and students (both from the University of Georgia and outside) who are interested in the published information can attend the seminar.
